About us

TST started out as a manufacturing partner to RUTAB, Sweden's leading supplier of cable and pipe entries.  From the very beginning, our main focus has been innovative production techniques and products.
Our offices and production facility are located in Nässjö, in south central Sweden - one of the country's major logistical centers.

We put a lot of focus and effort in creating products that bring added value to the customer/user - one should benefit from using our cable seals.  The aim is to continue to push the boundaries of conventional production and mould technology, as a leading innovator in the cable and pipe entry market.

TST is a family owned and managed company and has been so since it was founded.

Production

We constantly put a lot of resources into our own product development.
We are in the process of building up and developing production of our own designed products, produced in rubber and plastic.

One example of this effort is our RUTASEAL® rubber grommets, produced with an automated production technique for rubber items, developed entirely within our own company.

Another example is the new KLIKSEAL®, a 2-component injection molded cable and pipe seal with tension relief, which also is produced with a completely automated production technique developed within the company.

We have also applied our extensive knowledge of rubber production in our development of plastic products, resulting in the “simple” and very versatile TSS.

Research and Development

We are continuously working on developing new and exciting products, all for applications where a cable or pipe needs to go through an opening.
Our products are always designed to provide added value and benefits to their users.

With RUTASEAL® we took a product that has been on the market for over 20 years and significantly improved how it is being manufactured. We also equipped it with a push-out membrane – making it virtually fool proof to install (a feature we have on all our products).

When launching KLIKSEAL® we revolutionized the cable gland market. We now offer a product that provides the same level of protection as a cable gland – cable anchorage type A, with much faster installation and very space saving design.

TSS, a new member of the grommet family, is a very flexible seal offering unique features like the unique “joy-stick” effect.

Our latest addition is Design-A-Flange (D-A-F), a brand new flange concept, with an unparalleled level of protection and flexibility.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Tapper Sealing Technology AB, we manage the entire process in-house – from raw rubber material to the finished product. Everything is done under one roof. This allows us to ensure high quality, efficiency, and a more sustainable approach at every stage of production.

By keeping all manufacturing in-house, we minimize transportation, improve resource use, and gain better control over our environmental impact.

Taking responsibility for both product and process is a natural part of our sustainability work – and we see it as a long-term investment in the future.

Our Warehouse & Environmental Responsibility

At Tapper Sealing Technology AB, we are actively working to reduce our environmental impact. As part of our commitment to a more sustainable future, we continuously evaluate our processes, choice of materials, and energy use.

We are on a journey to become a greener company – and that includes:

  • Using packaging materials that contain recycled content, such as cartons, tape, plastic, and shipping documents – to help reduce the use of new resources.

  • Working to reduce waste and increase recycling across our operations.

  • Reviewing our supply chains to choose more environmentally friendly and responsible alternatives.

  • Investing in energy-efficient solutions in both production and office environments.

This is just the beginning. We recognize that sustainability is an ongoing process – and we are fully committed to doing our part for the environment, the future, and generations to come.
